The President is responsible for day-to-day operations and governance execution and reports to the Board of Directors.

Responsibilities include:

•  implementing the Platform’s positioning, governance principles, and rules-based boundaries as determined by the Board;

• organizing and coordinating the Platform’s governance support, structural coordination, and educational functions;

• establishing and maintaining internal processes, rules-based discipline, and documentation mechanisms; and

• representing the Platform in external communications without providing regulated professional services.

The President does not, in the name of the Platform, engage in legal, tax, insurance, investment, or other regulated activities, nor make professional determinations or transactional recommendations for clients.
