GovernanceBridge provides governance support solely within its governance framework and rules-based boundaries, and exclusively in a structural and coordinative capacity. The Platform recognizes philanthropic independence as a foundational governance principle to ensure that charitable giving remains an independent philanthropic activity and is not interpreted as part of any commercial transaction, professional service, or compensation arrangement.

The purpose of this Policy is not to regulate charitable giving itself, but to establish and enforce the following institutional objectives:

• charitable giving remains structurally, decisionally, and economically independent from professional services, transactions, and compensation structures;

• the Platform’s collaboration model does not constitute referral compensation, compensation allocation, or any financial inducement; and

• the Platform’s governance positioning remains transparent and structurally interpretable across jurisdictions.
