The Platform provides cross-border philanthropic governance support to help families establish stable, transparent, and sustainable philanthropic governance structures and maintain institutional clarity and long-term continuity across jurisdictions.

This support includes:

• supporting families in understanding philanthropic structures across jurisdictions and their governance positioning (at a structural level);

• facilitating structured communication and coordination with relevant independent professional institutions;

• supporting long-term continuity of philanthropic governance structures (e.g., governance documentation, meeting mechanisms, role allocation, and decision processes); and

• providing structural coordination and governance support relating to philanthropic governance.

Family Legacy Coaches participate in a family office–like support role and do not represent charitable institutions. The Platform does not provide tax or legal advice and does not execute donation-related transactions.
