GovernanceBridge’s Global Study Programs may be conducted across multiple jurisdictions to support participants in understanding governance support structures and professional collaboration environments in different regions. Location selection and institutional engagement are based on educational value, institutional diversity, and relevance to governance support practices, rather than commercial promotion or professional service arrangements.
I. Institutional Considerations for Locations
Programs may take place in North America (e.g., the United States, Canada), Asia-Pacific (e.g., Singapore, Japan, Australia), Europe (e.g., the United Kingdom, Switzerland), and other jurisdictions with representative governance, trust, and professional collaboration frameworks. Locations are selected to support institutional understanding of diverse governance environments.
II. Institutional Exchange and Engagement
Engagement may include family offices and governance support organizations; trust and fiduciary institutions; professional service institutions; educational and research institutions; and organizations engaged in family governance and intergenerational continuity research. Such engagement is educational in nature and does not constitute professional service partnerships or commercial arrangements.
III. Institutional Boundaries
Unless expressly stated otherwise, engagement does not create affiliate or agency relationships, does not establish professional service partnerships, does not constitute licensing or certification arrangements, and does not involve professional service referral or solicitation.
IV. Independence and Compliance
GovernanceBridge does not receive referral fees or commissions in connection with institutional engagement. Programs do not involve solicitation, recommendation, or provision of professional services. Any professional service relationships must be established independently by participants.
V. Institutional Purpose
The institutional purpose is to support understanding of diverse governance environments, facilitate institutional exchange across jurisdictions, support long-term development of governance support capabilities, and promote global connectivity within governance support ecosystems. Global Study Programs form an integral component of GovernanceBridge’s governance support ecosystem.
