GovernanceBridge manages potential conflicts of interest through defined role boundaries, structural separation, and transparency. The conflict framework ensures that platform support roles remain distinct from independent professional services.
(1) Separation of Capacities
Family Legacy Coaches operate in their platform capacity strictly within governance support and structural coordination. If they also hold regulated professional roles outside the Platform, such activities:
are conducted independently through their professional entities;
remain separate from their platform role; and
do not constitute services of the Platform.
The Platform does not control, supervise, or participate in such independent services. Family Legacy Coaches may not provide regulated services in their platform capacity or represent such services as platform services.
(2) Disclosure and Transparency
Appropriate role and relationship disclosure is required where necessary to:
distinguish platform support from independent professional services;
enable clients to understand responsibilities of each service provider; and
preserve transparency and interpretability within the governance framework.
(3) Platform Neutrality in Professional Selection
The Platform does not recommend, designate, or endorse any professional institution or service provider. Clients retain full discretion in selecting their advisers. Family Legacy Coaches provide coordination support but do not promote any professional institution on behalf of the Platform.
(4) Governance-Based Risk Control
Role activity is governed by the Platform’s governance framework and rules-based boundaries to ensure:
platform support remains non-regulated in nature;
the Platform does not participate in determinations or execution; and
positioning as a governance and coordination support platform remains intact.
