Family Legacy Coaches operate within the governance framework of GovernanceBridge under principles of clear role boundaries, functional separation, and rules-based boundaries. In their platform capacity, they participate in cross-border governance support and structural coordination, and their responsibilities are structural and coordinative in nature and do not involve professional determinations or transaction execution.
(1) Strict Separation of Capacities
The platform role of a Family Legacy Coach is strictly separated from any regulated professional capacity they may hold independently outside the Platform.
In their platform capacity, Family Legacy Coaches:
provide governance support and structural coordination solely in a structural and coordinative capacity;
do not provide regulated professional services and do not make professional determinations; and
do not execute transactions or distribute products on behalf of the Platform.
If a Family Legacy Coach provides regulated professional services independently outside the Platform, such services:
are provided solely through their respective professional entities with independent responsibility;
do not constitute services of the Platform; and
are not controlled by or performed on behalf of the Platform.
(2) Coordination, Not Determinations
Within the Platform framework, Family Legacy Coaches focus on coordination and continuity support, including:
structural coordination and process continuity between families and professional institutions;
supporting continuity of cross-border governance arrangements; and
assisting families in understanding role separation among professional service providers at the governance layer.
They do not provide legal, tax, insurance, trust, or investment advice, and professional determinations are made solely by independent licensed professionals.
(3) Clarified Continuity-and-Coordination Functions
Family Legacy Coaches may provide long-term continuity and cross-professional coordination support to help maintain clear and stable governance structures across jurisdictions. This does not involve asset management, investment management, or fiduciary control.
(4) Governance-Bound Role Limitations
All platform-related activities are conducted within the Platform’s governance framework and rules-based boundaries, ensuring:
structural separation between platform roles and regulated professional roles;
platform support does not constitute regulated professional services; and
the Platform maintains its non-sales governance support positioning.
