Global Study Programs are educational and institutional exchange programs designed to support governance capacity development while maintaining clear structural separation from regulated professional services and commercial activities. Participants and participating institutions are expected to observe the following principles.
Educational and Institutional Exchange: Programs do not constitute provision, solicitation, or recommendation of professional services. GovernanceBridge does not provide legal, tax, insurance, trust, or investment services through these Programs.
Professional Service Independence: Participants operate in independent professional capacities; GovernanceBridge does not supervise, regulate, or manage professional practice; participation does not alter licensing status or regulatory responsibilities.
Non-Solicitation: GovernanceBridge does not promote, recommend, sell, or arrange professional services or financial products through study programs; participation does not create professional service relationships.
Compensation Independence: GovernanceBridge does not receive referral fees or commissions; any participation fees relate solely to educational and organizational activities and do not form part of professional compensation structures.
Participant Independence: Participation does not create employment, agency, or representative relationships; participants remain solely responsible for professional conduct.
Cross-Jurisdiction Compliance: Programs do not constitute cross-jurisdiction professional practice and do not grant professional licenses or regulatory authorization.
These principles preserve the educational nature of the Programs, maintain GovernanceBridge’s structural independence, and ensure rules-based clarity and regulatory interpretability within the governance support ecosystem.
