GovernanceBridge operates as a non-sales support platform whose core function is to provide governance support and structural coordination. The Platform provides such support exclusively in a structural and coordinative capacity within cross-jurisdictional environments, enabling families and professional institutions to collaborate within clearly defined roles, functional separation, and independence of professional determinations.
The Platform does not provide legal, tax, investment, insurance, trust, or other regulated professional services or advice, and does not participate in transaction execution, product distribution, asset management, investment management, or professional determinations. All Platform activities are strictly limited to structural support and coordination and do not constitute professional services, professional determinations, or transaction execution.
(2) No Referral Fee Principle
To preserve its independence and structural neutrality, GovernanceBridge does not receive referral fees, commissions, or any compensation linked to professional services, product sales, or transactional outcomes.
The Platform does not participate in the pricing, allocation, or collection of professional service fees and does not receive any direct or indirect compensation from professional institutions’ fees. The Platform’s revenue is derived solely from governance support and structural coordination services provided by the Platform to clients, and not from any professional service transaction or outcome.
This no referral fee principle is a foundational element of the Platform’s non-sales governance support positioning.
(3) Non-Agent and Non-Intermediary Positioning
GovernanceBridge does not act as an agent, broker, or intermediary for clients or professional institutions.
The Platform does not select, recommend, designate, endorse, or solicit any professional institution or professional on behalf of clients, and does not solicit clients on behalf of professional institutions or facilitate professional engagements as a broker. Professional service relationships are established directly between clients and their respective professional institutions, which independently assume their rights and responsibilities. The Platform provides structural coordination support but does not become a party to any professional service engagement, and does not participate in related professional determinations, negotiations, or transactional arrangements.
(4) Independence of Professional Determinations
All legal, tax, insurance, trust, investment, and other professional determinations are made independently by licensed professional institutions and professionals. GovernanceBridge does not provide such determinations and does not participate in, influence, control, or intervene in the formation, substance, or outcome of any professional determination.
The Platform supports coordination and process continuity at the governance layer, enabling collaboration among professional institutions while preserving independence and interpretability of professional determinations.
(5) Governance Support and Structural Coordination Platform
GovernanceBridge operates as a governance support and structural coordination platform. Its core function is to:
support governance coordination and process continuity across jurisdictions;
provide structural support enabling multi-professional collaboration within clear roles and boundaries; and
maintain governance continuity and structural integrity.
The Platform does not replace professional institutions and does not perform professional service functions.
(6) Clarified Continuity-and-Coordination Functions
The Platform’s governance support and structural coordination services may resemble certain continuity and coordination functions commonly observed in family governance environments. However, this does not mean the Platform operates as a family office entity.
GovernanceBridge does not operate as a family office, investment adviser, asset manager, trustee, or fiduciary, and does not provide investment, asset management, fiduciary, or other regulated financial services. The Platform exists solely as a governance support and structural coordination layer and maintains structural separation from all regulated professional activities.
